How to show up when you’re still becoming

When you’re not who you were—but not yet who you’re becoming

Right now, we’re in the in-between.

Unless you're living under a rock, chances are you're being called to evolve some part of your business—your offers, your niche, your positioning, your strategy. Or if not, then something in your life. Maybe you're tweaking. Maybe you're overhauling. Maybe you're pivoting entirely.

This is no small shift. It's big. And it reflects the Aquarian age energy we’re swimming in.

This is a collective shift that’s asking us to show up more truthfully. To integrate all of our parts. To stop trying to separate the personal from the professional and instead let ourselves be seen as whole humans.

But the in-between can be confusing terrain to navigate.

It’s messy. Vulnerable. Uncertain.

The in-between is full of questions like:

How do you make it all fit?
How do you weave these new strands of you through your business?
How do you share when you’re still figuring it out?

Doubt can creep in, and with doubt comes hesitation—hesitation to post, to speak, to share. Oftentimes, it’s hard to find the energy to stay visible while you're still mid-unfurling.

I think that’s why LinkedIn (my main hangout) has felt a little lacklustre lately. Many of us light-bringers have gone “off-grid” in a sense—cocooned in the quiet, doing the inner work that no one sees.

Preparing for what’s next.

So if you’re feeling uncertain, unmotivated, or like your voice has gone—it doesn’t mean something’s wrong.

It just means you’re in process. And process takes time.

If you’re there right now, I want to remind you of one thing: you don’t need to wait until it’s all perfectly formed. You don’t have to arrive as a polished version of yourself, you can share from exactly where you are.

In fact, that’s the most powerful thing you can do.

Let people witness the becoming.

Chances are…they will relate and they will recognise themselves in your process. Because if they’re even half awake, then they’re in the liminal space too and going through the same thing, and your presence might just give them inspiration to keep going.

So please, light-bringers, tune into your heart.
